MRI Authorizations

Most private insurance carriers and all no fault and workers compensation do require a prior authorization for MRIs. A prescription from our office along with the approval is required to have the testing performed.

EMG and Physical Therapy

Most private insurance carriers do not require prior authorization for EMGs and Physical Therapy. However, No Fault and Workers Compensation carriers do require prior authorization before any testing can be performed. A prescription from our office is required to have the testing performed.

IMPORTANT!

Once we receive your authorization, our office will contact you with the approval number. Please do not schedule your appointment prior to our office contacting you. Depending on your insurance carrier, this may take 7-10 business days.
